NAIROBI, Kenya Aug 11- Moi Kapsowar Girls High School is a girls only public boarding secondary school located in Elgeyo- Marakwet county, Kenya. The school is the only girls’ national school in the county. It offers quality 8-4-4 education system under the Kenyan curriculum. The student needs is classified as ordinary. It is managed by the Central government.

Form one selection is strictly done via academic merit and ministry of education guidelines. Most of the times students who have high KCPE marks and had selected the school as the first choice are given first priority

Individual candidates can check their KCSE results by SMS or online using an SMS number or website link provided at the release of the exam. Candidates and parents should visit the school for their official results slip. Results for all candidates and the school national, county and local ranking can also be found from the schools’ office.
The ministry of education advises parents, teachers and pupils to check the KCSE result slip for any anomaly such as incorrect candidate’s name, school name and code as well as wrong subject grade and report to KNEC within a month after the announcement.

The school investment in CCTV is a boost to KCSE surveillance. The school, on top of deployment of KNEC invigilators and supervisors, has embraced technology through the use of closed-circuit television cameras to ensure exams are conducted devoid of any compromise that might jeopardize results.
Save for a few places like toilets and inside the dormitories, the entire institution is under 24- hour surveillance. The school principal has said they embrace the technology not necessarily for manning of KCSE examination but to deter bad behaviour from within and outside the school.
